Rate: $75/Hour – $125/Hour depending on the severity of your treatment
Consultation: $100 (includes 15 minute Consultation, followed by a 45 minute Introductory Massage)
Insurance: I am a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner in Texas. Therefore, if your insurance company covers massage therapy, they should also cover my services. Your coverage will most likely be their out-of-network rate for Massage Therapy. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can create a professional invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant elements (flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots, etc.) to enhance psychological and physical well being. This practice works by stimulating your smell receptors in the nose which then send messages through the nervous system to the limbic system (the part of the brain that controls emotions).
Pressure: Light
Benefits: eliminates feelings of depression; provides relief from insomnia and stress; boosts immune system and digestive system; increases circulation and energy levels; helps in treating constipation, indigestion and bloating; reduces severity and discomfort caused by psoriasis and eczema
A Swedish Massage is the most popular type of massage, also known as a “classic” massage. It involved soft, long kneading strokes, as well as light rhythmic, tapping strokes on top-coat layers of muscles to improves mental and physical health.

Benefits: improves blood circulation, relieves pain, improves excretion of unwanted toxins, reduces joint pain, alleviates back pain, and enhances overall wellness
Traditional Thai Massage is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles and assisted yoga postures. This type of massage uses no oils or lotions, and rather than rubbing on the muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched, and rocked. A Traditional Thai Massage leaves you in a state of sublime relaxation that has existed for over 1000 years where wever muscles and joint is treated.

Benefits: increases flexibility and range of motion, improves mental well-being, decreases cortisol levels, improves circulation, relieves muscle pain and joint stiffness/pain, relieves tension headaches, calms the nervous system, boosts energy
Thai Combination Massage is based on the Eastern view to health and wellness, combined with Western techniques. Natural, blended massage oils with hot stones are used in smooth, flowing massage strokes, gentle stretching and stimulation of acupressure points to instill a perfect balance of refreshment and relaxation. This type of massage blends Traditional Thai, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage with Aromatherapy.

Ashiatsu, or Thai Walking Massage, is an ancient practice where the therapist uses their bare feet and body weight to press, stretch, and squeeze your muscles using their toes, heels and balls of their feet. Ashiatsu has been performed by Buddhist monks for centuries, but is now available to you in Sugar Land, Texas! Recipients of this massage experience a luxurious, deep tissue massage.

Facial Massage is the act of manipulating and massaging the face and neck to increase blood flow and release muscle tension, slowing down the aging process and achieving younger looking, and healthier skin. All natural products are used so that even sensitive skin can benefit from this practice.

Foot Reflexology, also known as Zone Therapy, involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, corresponding to organs and areas of the body. With repeated pressure and manipulation of nerve endings, reflexology can also help clear any channels or blocked energy.

Hot oil massage is thought to help by reducing tension and swelling in the muscles and help to tone and condition them, to improve the condition of the hair and the skin to prevent premature aging and also for therapeutic uses such as to improve sleep, for controlling arthritis, muscle atrophy for itchy skin and so on.

Bamboo massage is an innovative way to provide Swedish or deep tissue massage using heated bamboo to roll and knead the tissue to create an extreme sensation of relaxation and well-being. Bamboo massage is also used as a powerful preventive therapy against modern-day stress and to aid relief from many physical and emotional problems.

Tok Sen Massage is an ancient northern Thai practice that involves the use of a special wooden hammer , made from the bark of the tamarind tree, to relax muscles in a rhythmically tapping motion, ‘Tok Sen’. Tok Sen is an incredibly soothing massage treatment and very effective at promoting a sense of calm.

Sports Massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

Pre and Postnatal Massage during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal and postnatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during and after pregnancy. It’s always encouraged to discuss with your therapist any everyday symptoms you’d like to see relieved.

Benefits: relieves backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling); reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension – which aids in better sleep – and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes; relieves baby blues; improves breast feeding; helps the healing process with c-section recovery.
Thai Herbal Ball Massage is a massage therapy that targets pain relief and inflammation for the muscles. Thai herbal ball massage also restores the balance of the body’s qi. The Thai herbal ball treatment uses a mix of 6 or more herbs wrapped in cotton cloth. It’s heated then used as a tool to work the knots in the tight muscles of the body.
This massage requires a purchase of 2 Thai Herbal Balls for an additional $15.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Your therapist will put a flammable substance such as alcohol, herbs, or paper in a cup and set it on fire. As the fire goes out, he puts the cup upside down on your skin. As the air inside the cup cools, it creates a vacuum. This causes your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand. The cup is generally left in place for up to 3 minutes.

Benefits: help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage; For athletes, cupping may help increase blood flow to a particular muscle region or help reduce pain.
Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

Benefits: treats chronic back pain; heal sports injuries, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, high blood pressure, sciatica, tennis elbow; reduces stress, anxiety and muscle tension
